Ali Zafar believes fitness is a gradual process. Suman Sharma appreciated his practical approach.
Handsome, yes, cuddly, maybe but fitness freak? Not something we associate with the good-looking Pakistani singer actor Ali Zafar. But it seems Ali is totally into fitness. In fact, we even heard that his current passion is learning Taekwondo to get that lean, mean look. He insists he’s always believed in looking his best. Also, he aims for stamina and sustainability rather than looking bulked up from the outside. “I don’t go for six-packs or eight-packs. I’d rather be a healthy person,” he proclaims. “I’ve never ever taken drugs or anything to sport a fit form,” he adds, cautioning that it’s an unhealthy trend that has caught the imagination of the youth.
He believes in keeping things simple. “I work out, I run, I swim, I meditate. Music ka riyaz karta hoon woh bhi mere liye ek meditation hai. Sometimes I take yoga classes. I eat right. I eat nutritious stuff. I try to feel good most of the time,” he explains.
