RRR 's success on international film circuits continues to ride high. After director SS Rajamouli bagged the best director at the New York Film Critics' Circle, the film has now been honoured as the 'Best International Picture' by the Atlanta Film Critics' Circle.

Following the NYFCC Awards, Variety had picked Rajamouli as their seventh pick for a Best Director Oscar nomination. They also predict that VFX supervisor V Srinivas Mohan will secure the fifth nomination slot in the Best Visual Effects category.
