Tom Daley is spending a lot less time at the swimming pool and a lot more time sterilising bottles these days. The 24-year-old and his filmmaker husband Dustin Lance Black, 44, welcomed their first child – a son called Robbie – in June this year, after using a surrogate. And chatting to heat Radio, it’s clear they are loving dad life…

How have you both taken to nappy duties?

Tom: I had never changed a nappy before in my entire life until our child.

Lance: Is that true? That was the first one you’d ever changed? I had no idea, you did it very well!
