PAUPER Prince Andrew can’t rely on moneybags mom Queen Elizabeth to secretly settle his shocking rape lawsuit and cover his mounting expenses — after furious future kings Prince Charles and Prince William shot down a proposal suggesting the monarch use her personal purse to pay off the royal outcast’s accuser, sources snitched.

Andrew’s rocky reputation was already tarnished by his chummy friendship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, 66, when the creepy financier died mysteriously in a New York jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. But the Duke of York, 61, was stripped of his royal duties — and paycheck — later that year amid ongoing outrage over accusations from former Epstein sex slave Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who claims she was trafficked to Andrew three times in 2001 when she was just 17.

Andrew has denied the charges — but Giuffre, 38, is suing him in civil court in New York City.
