Chanelle Hayes is "over the moon" after her boyfriend popped the question, with her pal telling new, "She's been dreaming of this for such a long time."
We can exclusively reveal that Chanelle's partner Dan Bingham asked her to marry him in April and the delighted former Big Brother star "said yes straight away".
"Chanelle has really been through it when it comes to relationships and this time it really feels like she's found The One," her friend told us.
"She's already looking into wedding plans and can't wait to finally get married - she's been dreaming of this for such a long time."
