She might have reached the heady heights of this year’s I’m A Celeb final, but it was back to reality with a bump for Frankie Bridge when she returned home, going straight back to the day job!
When new caught up with her just days after she left the castle, she revealed that sons Parker, eight, and Carter, six, are making sure she makes up for lost time.
“The kids are constantly on at me, ‘Can you get me this? Can you do that?’ It’s definitely back to normal at home,” she says.
The former Saturdays singer has been spilling all her I’m A Celeb secrets since leaving Wales, revealing she didn’t believe the show was as tough as it appears before taking part.
“The biggest misconception about the show is that people get given secret food and things. What you see is generally what you get,” she said.
“To be honest, I thought the same until Wayne [Bridge, her husband, who took part in I’m A Celeb in 2016] did it. It would take a hell of a lot for the producers to break the rules, believe me.”
Frankie has also opened up about the after-effects of her gruesome trial The Grim Grinder, which left her with bits of food in her ears for three days.
“The medic had to keep spraying my ears and scraping bits of food out. It took a while to be able to hear properly.”
Here, the singer tells us how she’s going to spend Christmas with her family and why she’s looking forward to focusing on her fitness in the New Year…
