‘I've had so many pinch-me moments in my life'

Kelly Brook on her career highlights, appreciating the good times, and how gardening helps her wellbeing

When we catch up with Kelly Brook in our fabulous garden-inspired shoot, we’re pleased to report she’s looking great and feeling more body confident than ever, something she attributes to taking her adorable puppy Teddy out for long walks.

“I’m coming out of lockdown looking better than I did before!” she tells new with a giggle.

The 41-yearold shares Teddy with her Italian boyfriend of six years, Jeremy Parisi, 35.

As well as her work as one of Heart Radio’s drive-time presenters, Kelly is passionate about gardening, and she tells us about her involvement with Garden Day, the campaign that last week celebrated the joys of getting outdoors.

“Even if you don’t have a garden, just go out and have a walk in the park. It’s so beneficial for your wellbeing,” she explains.
