Reality star Vicky Pattison has been open about struggling with exercise and eating well in the past. But now she’s vowed to turn over a new leaf with the prospect of her upcoming Dubai holiday.
The ex-Geordie Shore favorite previously revealed her “unhealthy obsession” with food drove her to “exercise like a nutcase”, as she wanted to be the “skinniest” she could be. But more recently, Vicky, 34, has learnt to feel more at ease in her own skin. “I’m probably the most content with my body that I’ve been in years,” she said.
