KHLOÉ: HOW I LOST 18KG
The Revenge Body star credits daily exercise and a rigid but nutritious diet with helping her get her body back after giving birth to daughter True last April. ‘I’m on a low-carb diet that my nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia, gave me,’ says Khloe, 35, who’s shed the 18kg she gained while pregnant – and then some. ‘It has lots of protein, so I’m able to go all-out at the gym. But the best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!’ Now that does sound like a win-win!
A game-changer for Khloé was that she approached the program not as a ‘quick fix’ but as a lifestyle change. ‘Mine was a really slow process. I didn’t seek to lose 20lbs [9kg] in 20 days,’ she says. ‘A big part was also that I just wanted to feel strong.’ Khloé also chugged back at least 3L of water a day and mixed up her workouts to stay motivated. Lookin’ good!
