Jay & Kristin's DIVORCE GETS NASTY!!

KRISTIN Cavallari and Jay Cutler dropped a bombshell when they announced they’d come to the “loving conclusion” to end their marriage after seven years. But it became clear things were anything but amicable between the Very Cavallari stars when, in court documents, Kristin, 33, cited “inappropriate marital conduct” and “irreconcilable differences” as the reasons for their divorce. (She also requested primary custody of their children, Camden, 7, Jaxon, 5, and Saylor, 4.) And according to sources, their split’s about to get even uglier. “Kristin’s made it clear Jay’s going to pay dearly if he tries to fight her,” reveals an insider, who notes that the former NFL player, 37, “is furious Kristin’s trying to smear his name” in court.

While Jay’s denied any wrongdoing, rumors have persisted that he had an affair with Kristin’s former friend Kelly Henderson. “For the past year, Kristin and Jay have accused each other of infidelity, with both of them denying the allegations,” confides a friend. “Now the blame game’s taken its toll.”
