There’s no second-guessing assistant Bettina “Betty” Sikhakhane’s (Farieda Metsileng, Kandy in telenovela Isithembiso, 2017-2019) competence when she lands her dream job at a brand marketing agency on new local drama series with a comedy twist uBettina Wethu. “She is a bright-eyed, hard-working and creative 24-year-old, who moves to the big city to chase after her dreams,” explains Farieda, who is the lead star in SA’s version of dramedy series Ugly Betty (2006-2010 – see right).
