KaMadonsela is back – will Sebenzile step aside and give her sister her life back?

When KaMadonsela (Bren-da Mhlongo) was arrested for killing her ally-turned-foe Thokozile (Nqobile Sipamla) in January, she was sure she was going to spend the rest of her life behind bars. With that in mind, being the good and caring woman she is, she didn’t want her husband Phakade (Sandile Dlamini) and their children being left to suffer without a mother figure in the household. She also wanted Phakade to have someone to share lonely nights with, so she asked her sister Sebenzile (Mabusi Shezi) – whom KaMadonsela trusts with her life – to be her substitute. And Sebenzile happily agreed.

The kids were told that aunty Sebe is their new mommy and to embrace her, while Phakade was instructed to treat Sebenzile as his wife. “Sebenzile was looking for this chance that KaMadonsela gave her because she feels Phakade belongs to her. She has always been in love with him and Sebenzile believes that Phakade is her soulmate,” says Mabusi.
