Milo Ventimiglia takes Us behind the scenes of his pawfect summer film, The Art of Racing in the Rain
Kids and animals can be tricky costars. But for Milo Ventimiglia, star of This Is Us, it’s become his bread and butter. His particular talent for working with both little ones and furry ones came in handy when shooting The Art of Racing in the Rain, an adaptation of the bestselling novel of the same name, which follows race car driver Denny and his wife, Eve (Amanda Seyfried), through their ups and downs, all told from the perspective of their dog, Enzo (voiced by Kevin Costner). “Sometimes, we feel pets are just a part of our lives, but oftentimes we forget that we’re a part of theirs,” says Ventimiglia. He takes Us on the movie’s inside track.
