On the set of her new campaign for Botox Cosmetic gift cards, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch, 64, opens up about gift giving, her beauty routine and why her famous family is closer than ever.

How has the holiday season changed with all the kids?

I get so excited planning what their gifts will be. I have loads of grandchildren now – they are multiplying! We have so many little ones, it’s like a built-in preschool. Christmas morning we’re usually at Kourtney’s house, so she’s in charge of all the stockings.
