They were married unofficially by a Las Vegas Elvis impersonator in April and legally tied the knot in Santa Barbara earlier this month. Now, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have pulled out all the stops for an extravagant Italian ceremony on May 22.

Topping off days of lavish celebrations, the PDA-prone pair exchanged vows again on a red-carpeted outdoor altar at Villa Olivetta, a home on the estate of designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in the seaside town of Portofino, which usually has a population of around 500 people.

The bride, 43, groom, 46, and their families, including Kim and Khloé Kardashian, Kendall, Kylie, and mum Kris Jenner, all wore gothic glam Dolce & Gabbana looks that, in some cases, prioritised style over comfort. Kylie shared an Instagram story of Kendall struggling to ascend the stone steps in Birkenstocks and her tight dress.

The bride wore a one-of-a-kind Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda lace and satin corset mini dress inspired by 1960s Italian lingerie. She topped the look with a sweeping veil embroidered with floral lace appliqués which, according to the fashion house that sponsored the event, was inspired by the flowers of the Portofino gardens and a depiction of the Virgin Mary, based on one of Barker's tattoos.
