We all know by our primary and secondary sources that Micromax was started as an It software company in 2000 supplying components to the likes of Nokia, Dell, etc, and then finally venturing into handset manufacturing in 2008. Apart from this, Micromax was also among the few companies which started its mobile manufacturing in India after Samsung and Nokia.
