FOOTLOOSE feline Miska found herself on the wrong end of the law, getting dozens of citations and being slammed as a “vicious animal at large” — but now, her owner has launched a legal catfight to clear the kitty’s name!

Miska’s trouble began after Bellevue, Wash., passed an ordinance saying domestic animals don’t have the right to freely roam.

Since 2014, she’s amassed a lengthy rap sheet, being responsible for 30 of 50 cat complaints made to police in King County in the last decade — and her alleged crimes even sent her to kitty jail for months in 2017!
