GUN-SHY Sandra Bullock has hit boyfriend Bryan Randall with an ironclad prenup to ensure she’ll never be “blind-sided” again!

After three years together, the “Ocean’s Eight” actress, 54, insisted on strict guidelines to make it clear to the foxy photographer, 52, that what’s hers will always be hers!

“If they ever split up, Bryan must immediately vacate Sandy’s mansion and turn over all the keys and remote controls for the garages and gates at ALL her homes,” the source spilled.

What’s more, according to sources, all their furniture, artwork and vehicles will stay with the “Miss Congeniality” sweetie, who recently listed one of the L.A. pads she owns for nearly $3 million.
