NEW DRAMA
The Flight Attendant
Friday, Sky One HD, 9 pm
Sometimes it can be hard for viewers to separate an actor from their career-defining role. But Kaley Cuoco is a world away from The Big Bang Theory’s likeable Penny in Sky One’s slick new comedy thriller The Flight Attendant.
‘This is definitely my coming-out party in the sense of showing everyone I can do something other than comedy,’ says Cuoco, 35. ‘This new series gets quite dark and emotional.’
‘Cassie’s a little bit eccentric. She has a drinking problem, but she’s a blast to be around, and loves her international lifestyle,’ says Cuoco.
