Alexander Armstrong takes a break from his Pointless duties to become the latest lucky celebrity to land a travel series, as he takes a 1,000-mile tour across Iceland.
The three-part Channel 5 series Iceland with Alexander Armstrong begins with the presenter and singer in a helicopter, hovering just yards above the rim of an erupting volcano, while later episodes see him taking snowmobile lessons and sampling a local delicacy – rotten shark meat.
