The series sees Steve Martin reprise his role as washed-up actor Charles, who, in the last run, bonded with his neighbours in The Arconia struggling theatre director Oliver (Martin Short) and budding artist Mabel (Selena Gomez) - over their penchant for true-crime podcasts.
