The Lazarus Project
Thu, 9 pm, Sky Max & Sky Showcase (box set, Sky Box Sets & NOW)
After living through the near-extinction of humanity, software developer George (Paapa Essiedu) is stunned when he suddenly wakes up six months earlier, in a world where everything is apparently back to normal.
Nobody else seems to remember the apocalyptic events that George recalls so vividly, until he meets Archie (Anjli Mohindra), who recruits him into the Lazarus Project - a highly classified operation run by Elizabeth 'Wes' Wesley (Caroline Quentin).
The Lazarus Project has the power to turn back time when humanity is under threat, and, at first, George is thrilled to be part of the fight for a better world. But when he is struck by a personal tragedy and the Project refuses to intervene, his outlook begins to change.
