MEET THE HOTEL MANAGER
Damir Boshnjak
Studio One Hotel. That sounds familiar. Any relation to Media One Hotel? Oh yes, we’re definitely related, but Studio One is Dubai’s new hospitality blockbuster. Our name was inspired by the geographic positioning of Dubai Studio City and the movie and entertainment industry. We’re managed by the same company but we like to call ourselves the younger brother of Media One Hotel.
Ah, so it’s a party hotel.
I’d say that we’re a true social, dining and entertainment destination. Our awardwinning restaurants have been picked from the very best home-grown Dubai brands. The beauty of Studio One is that everyone can find his or her corner and can be in control of their stay however they choose to enjoy the surroundings.
Speaking of the surroundings, what’s Studio One like as a neighbourhood?
Studio City caters to the production needs of the region with movie studios, sound stages, workshops and backlots and we’ve designed the hotel to complement that.
