As if getting the England football team to the World Cup semi-finals wasn’t enough of a challenge, manager Gareth Southgate is still seeking out adventures.
This Christmas, instead of relaxing with a mulled wine, he’s taking on an extreme expedition: trekking across Dartmoor with Bear Grylls. And it won’t be a wander across the moors with the ponies: Gareth will be jumping out of helicopters, hanging from high wires and abseiling off cliffs face first!
