HOW DID YOU DECIDE TO START A CREATIVE FASHION CONSULTANCY?

I completed my fashion design course at New York's Parsons School of Design. When I returned to India, I realized the Indian fashion scene was saturated. I was not convinced with the idea of starting my own brand just for the sake of it. I was certain I wanted to do something that fulfilled a real need. During my research, when I spoke to designers and brand owners, I realized that most of them had multiple tools and numerous resources at their disposal to operate successful brands. However, they were getting caught in the chaos of running a business and losing focus on design. They needed someone who understood market nuances and business intricacies as well as had creativity and aesthetic sensibilities that resonated with their brand. That was really the starting point for Aara Inc.

HOW DOES AARA INC. DISTINGUISH ITSELF?

Over the past few years, we, at Aara, have learnt a lot from our clients and have tried to create solutions that specifically address their requirements. I think it is what truly distinguishes us. We are constantly evolving, taking lessons from every pain point of our clients. Our dedication to getting it right for our clients distinguishes us. We try to help them bring about balance and efficiency to design. We make it our mission to help designers create successful long-term brands with a blend of design expertise, production know-how, and business strategy. We try to go above and beyond for our clients. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. This is a testament to how well our approach works.
