In 1925, legendary Italian fashion powerhouse Fendi began as a fur and leather shop on the bustling street of Via del Plebiscito in Rome. Since its inception, the husband-and-wife duo Adele and Edoardo Fendi had always championed the values of tradition, luxury but most importantly, family, at its core. As a brand which has always had people with the last name “Fendi” involved through the generations, it’s not surprising that the concept of family is so important. In fact, it is a subject, a spirit and an emotion that’s been revisited again and again as a recurring motif in Fendi’s collections and an ethos in the workings of its business.
