Actors are often known to be multi-faceted and multi-hyphenated. But very few possess the talent to gain prominence in two film industries. It’s probably an understatement to say that Rakul Preet Singh is having a busy year. The fresh-faced actor has proved her acting chops through many big-banner Telegu films, including Sarrainodu, Nannaku Prematho, and Venkatadri Express. Fresh out of college, she also rose to fame with her Hindi film debut, Yaariyan, in 2013 and has since starred in the romantic-comedy De De Pyaar De, alongside Ajay Devgn and Tabu, Marjaavaan, and most recently opposite Arjun Kapoor, in the comedy-drama Sardar Ka Grandson.
