TELL US ABOUT YOUR FITNESS REGIME. The major issue I always face is that I can never keep up with a routine, because I am never in one place for too long. Be it about working out in a gym, or a class of Pilates or yoga, I always try to keep my fitness routine very flexible, because I know I could be in any part of the world and I might not have access to something that I am used to.
HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU SPEND AT THE GYM?
It’s very simple, I workout for an hour a day. And I don’t even consider Sundays as off days.
WHAT SORT OF A DIETARY REGIME DO YOU FOLLOW?
We are in such a body-intensive industry that our requirements are different for different characters, for different movies, which also means that if I am prepping for a particular song, my entire dietary and fitness regime changes. For me, it’s 80 percent about being healthy and 20 percent about the free space wherein you can cheat a little bit, basically where you can just be normal.
