What do Sara Battaglia and the Ferragamo brand have in common?

There is a definite shared vision in terms of innovation, creativity as well as our commitment to the finest craftsmanship. I consider this collection to be the confirmation of our shared values and similar mindset.

What did you learn from last year’s collaboration, which you applied to this collection – and how do the two collections differ?

The success of last year’s collaboration is testament to the principles we shared and this second collection feels even more daring in its vibrancy, quality and contemporary spirit. The previous collection was inspired by one of Ferragamo’s most iconic shoe designs – the Rainbow Wedge that was originally designed for Judy Garland. This time around, I looked to another two classic Ferragamo motifs – the zigzag and the signature “Gancio” emblem – for inspirations, reworking them with new construction and colour to provide a fresh attitude.
