Being healthy is undoubtedly the new beauty currency. Over the pandemic, the wellness craze pushed for an even broader movement toward female empowerment found in working out. This extends to the moms who are taking control of their bodies and inspiring others along the way.

Working out can provide the very foundations of self-care. We move to make our body and our mind feel good, to release the negative energy, and to refuel ourselves with positivity. However, with the seven-day-a-week job called motherhood, it's close to a miracle for some moms to even find time to head to the gym.
