The tortured artist sentiment stands as an enduring notion that any brilliant creative pursuit comes from pain, and that’s exactly what SoFA fashion design graduate, Jeremy Tan took as a driving force to his masterpiece. Fusing a long-adored sartorial staple with the deep fire within him, he destroyed to create something beautiful— designing intricate deconstructed denim inspired by his father’s passing.
