While my great-aunt didn’t reach this status, you’d think her many years on this earth would bode well for me, but research shows your life span is only 10 percent determined by your DNA. The remaining balance is actually lifestyle-related, and that means, thankfully, we do have some control over how we age. So what can we do to not only look younger but also feel younger?
