If you spend a little too much time in the sun and find yourself in a new shade of red, your antidote is here.
When Shakespeare said, "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day," he clearly didn't have Indian summers in mind. Since India is getting warmer year-by-year, it’s an absolute necessity for people to stay away from pollution, hot wind, and the toxins that may cause skin damage and other summer-related concerns. To pull you out of this misery, we’ve come up with some pointers to help you make the most of summers, without getting broiled by the sun.
STOCK UP ON SUNSCREEN
The products you relied on last summer are most likely expired by now or they may by the time you need them again this year. Before your rush to buy sunscreen begins, consider purchasing one that has high SPF, which can get you throughout the day. Also, preferably get two different sunscreens, one for your body and another for your face, as the skin on your face is much more sensitive than the body. This way, when you are out and about on a bright sunny day, you will be ready to tackle the heat without the fear of sunburn or expired SPF.
