My exercise routine is…
An hour of cardio every single day and I also do three hours a week with a personal trainer. Even when I’m away filming, I exercise. I worked out for an hour each day for the whole four months when I was filming The Good Karma Hospital in Sri Lanka. They bought me a cross trainer and a treadmill so I could train in my hotel room. Doing exercise isn’t always about changing how you look – it’s about the energy it gives you. When I’ve worked out, I feel more energised, even though I dread it and I’m a lazy slob. I prefer exercising in the morning to get it over and done with.
