It’s hard to imagine how 2019’s foodie trends will top that – but, trust us, they will. And this year it’s all about challenging yourself to break out of the culinary mould. Ready?

The wild weeds

As much as we love crispy kale, now chefs are cooking with high-vitamin ‘wild weeds’ – chickweed, mallow, nettle, dandelion.
