Crochet hasn’t always been a part of Rosina Northcott’s life. Envious of the handmade makes her baby was given, Rosina popped to her local yarn store for a hook and some cheap DK and set about making things herself. And that’s where her relationship with crochet began. I got to chat to Rosina about her love of all things crochet – from design inspiration to her business planning model, to her yarn bombing escapades.
JUGGLING (YARN) BALLS
After starting her Zeens and Roger blog in 2015 and finding success with sharing some free patterns, Rosina had the courage to submit designs to magazines and what a journey she has had from there. She has a successful blog, podcast, and designing a business that she somehow manages to juggle alongside her three-day-a-week job and “a family of humans and too many pets”! It is full-on but she is clearly making it work.
