Cooking has always been top of Dianna Schoeman’s mind and with a variety of qualifications in the food and health industry under her belt, as well as years of practice in the hotel, restaurant and corporate catering industries, she’s highly skilled – to say the least. Through all this experience, Dianna has learned that teamwork is the key to a successful business. And while food has always been her passion, making a difference to peoples’ lives is her vocation.

Fifteen years ago, Dianna spotted a gap in the food market: snacks were saturated with sugar and unhealthy fats, and she thought there must be space for something better. “Diabetes is a growing epidemic among young and old, so I wanted to create healthier snack options that would meet diabetic requirements, as well as the needs of those wanting to be health-conscious… I wanted to help and empower people, and I didn’t want to end up as a tannie baking cookies at home,” she explains.
