SUM OF ALL ITS PARTS

While the interior and architectural stability of a home is infinitely significant, ParkCity Group and CapitaLand’s Park Regent development is proof in the pudding that a successful project is both, and more.

SUM OF ALL ITS PARTS

Nestled in the heart of Desa ParkCity’s sprawling 473 acres of grounds, Park Regent by the Water is the joint brainchild of ParkCity Group and CapitaLand; a shining beacon of country life just a stone’s throw and a hopskip away from the exciting Kuala Lumpur life. With a take-up rate of 80% to date, it is clear to see that the developer has more than delivered exactly what the urban community expects of life: the blurring of lines between nature and the home.

From the get go, it was clearer than day that the developers were here to play ball. Huge talent was brought in to realise the Park Regent by the Water that had been envisioned, planned, proposed. And so, the task of planning and developing architecture and interiors both fell to Architect, founder, and principal of Serie Architects Christopher Lee, and Celebrity Interior designer Peter Tay. While the former boasts a broad and impressive array of accolades ranging from awards (Lee was named BD Young Architect of the Year, and one among 20 Essential Young Architects in the World), the latter has seen an equal amount of success, with projects completed for star-studded names the likes of Wang Leehom, Zhang Zi Yi, Stephanie Sun, and Zoey Tay. As far as aesthetics go, the pairing of both Lee and Tay more than evokes feelings of refinement, class, and elegance.
