“There are no set rules and having a signature style can be edgy,” believes Ar. Pankti Shah, founder of Amogh Architecture and Interior, Ahmedabad. She is passionate about creating quirky things while playing with colours, combinations and shades. Vaisselle – a state of art retail store of fine tableware and porcelain crockery was co-designed by her and her sister, Shalvi Shah. On client requirements, the ambience of space has been designed to complement the displayed products.
Team Amogh faced a distinctive challenge when the client asked them to create an eccentric and classy store in a span of six weeks.
The hues and ambience
The store welcomes one with warm shades of grey and a tinge of olive green. The blend of wood and metal creates an eclectic feel. One will certainly be lured by the timelessness of the Moroccan ceiling and the white marble flooring in the décor. A subtly bright feel is added by the choice of track lights, used wisely to electrify the space.
