How did your collaboration with Pouenat come to pass?

We have a longtime collaboration with Pouenat. Their creations are regularly integrated in our projects, private residences or hotels, such as Cheval Blanc in Courchevel, or the Royal Atlantis and its 250 luxury residences in Dubai. We appreciate their know-how and ability to adapt a product to our specific needs. Thus when we decided to develop our own furniture and lighting collection it was obvious that we should rely on their expertise.

Could you tell us more about the new furniture collection – the inspiration and objective behind it?

The creation of furniture and lighting collections, combining modernity and tradition, luxury and elegance, is part of the creative direction of our studio and its international projects. My taste for noble materials, mixed with my sense of detail inspired me. The collection hinges on five themes mixing emotion, imagination and sensuality, taking in consideration of both functional aspects as well as market needs.

When creating the pieces, did you face any challenges in the process of translating your idea into reality?
