Getting away to enjoy a relaxing escape is easy for owners of the luxury lodges at Park Leisure Plas Coch. KATE HOUGHTON finds out just how

NESTLED among 60 acres of land on the idyllic Isle of Anglesey, Plas Coch is one of Park Leisure’s most exclusive parks, setting the standards for quality, service and value, providing all of its 315 home-owners with a unique leisure experience and lifestyle.

This is noted from the moment we arrive as we’re directed to the beautiful Elizabethan Manor House. The focal point of the five-star park, the spectacular Manor boasts many stateof-the-art facilities, including the elegant Manor Bar and exclusive 1569 Restaurant. Enjoying a delicious lunch in the Manor Bar myself, I can see why guests would be tempted to dine there more than once during their stay.

An adjoining luxury leisure club includes a brand new, first-class spa which is home to an indoor swimming pool surrounded by reclining chairs, offering guests true relaxation. Also home to treatment rooms, hydro-pools, a steam room, salt room, a Rasul, ice-room and sauna, residents can indulge in a number of treatments to ensure they enjoy the ultimate experience.

Choosing to indulge in the Rasul myself, I was greeted by a range of different muds with which you coat yourself in before visiting the steam room. Cleansing and detoxifying the skin, it felt like pure bliss and left my skin glowing.

My personal favourite was the salt room, where I enjoyed a 20-minute recline on a warm stone bed surrounded by salt-filled air, leaving me feeling completely refreshed.
