Thailand is a traveller’s paradise. It is affordable and offers something for everyone. If you are looking to take a trip with your gang, simply pack your bags and book tickets on NokAir. Day 1: Ready, Set, Fly
You will arrive at Don Mueang International Airport early in the morning. It is a good idea to take a cab to the city centre as it is the most convenient. You can head directly to the hotel, and if the hotel is not able to give you an early check-in. Simply ask them to store your luggage and head out.
Get something quick to eat from the closest 7-Eleven, they have a range of breakfast items like sandwiches and baked goodies. After enjoying your breakfast, get on the BTS sky train to get to the National Stadium station. Use Google maps to find the nearest station. Instead of getting individual tickets every time you use the BTS, simply purchase a Rabbit card that you can top up with as much money as you want, and use countless times.
One of Bangkok’s most talked about tourist spots, Jim Thompson House, is walking distance from the National Stadium station. It opens at 9 am, so you can take a tour early morning, before it starts to get crowded. Next, walk to the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, which is 6 minutes away. Entry is free, and it is home to interesting exhibits and artwork. And if you get tired of all the walking, give your feet a break by enjoying a cup of coffee at one of the cafes in the premises.
