Dyson’s high-fidelity headphones are designed to provide you with an immersive listening experience while purifying the air around you. Featuring advanced noise-canceling technology, the headphones come equipped with 11 microphones, eight of which are used to reduce the sound of the city up to 38 dB. These microphones monitor surrounding sounds 384,000 times a second to ensure you can enjoy the ultimate listening experience without being distracted by outside noise.

The Dyson Zone also reproduces frequencies from 6Hz21kHz, ensuring that every note or word is heard with faithful, full-spectrum audio. The speaker driver and electronics, mechanical system, materials, and acoustics have been carefully designed to minimise distortion, and the driver output is further equalised by intelligent signal processing 48,000 times a second, which combines with the noise cancellation to neutralise harmonic distortion to inaudible levels across the full frequency range.

What sets the Dyson Zone apart is its air purification capabilities. The headphones feature a detachable visor that projects purified air to the wearer’s nose and mouth. Electrostatic filters capture 99% of particle pollution as small as 0.1 microns, while K-Carbon, potassium-enriched carbon filters target prevalent acidic gases most associated with city pollution. With air pollution being a global problem, the Dyson Zone headphones are engineered to tackle the dual challenges of city noise and air pollution.

The headphones are also engineered for comfort, featuring a unique EQ setting that optimises the frequency curve for clear, pure audio across the full audible frequency range. The headphones are designed to achieve the same immersive audio for all head sizes and geometries through testing.
