THE ROYAL RESEMBLANCE IS ALREADY STRONG

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip are in raptures following the birth of their ninth great-grandchild.

In an official statement released by Buckingham Palace, it was confirmed that Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, welcomed their first child, a boy, at London’s Portland Hospital on February 9 at 8:55am, weighing 3.65kg. At press time, a name is yet to be announced.

Eugenie, 30, also shared a black and white photo of herself and Jack holding their newborn son’s tiny hand on Instagram, along with three blue heart emojis.

“Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well,” read the palace statement. It added that everyone was “delighted with the news”.
