Thankfully, over the years the affable chef has become synonymous with the holiday – thanks to numerous TV specials and books, Christmas has long been his thing ... and now he’s on a new mission, to make vegetables the next big hit!

Across a 20-year-long career, Jamie’s string of TV shows and numerous books have helped transform the way we cook.

Not content with resting on his foodie laurels, the celebrity chef has also used his fame to become a heroic public campaigner, training up troubled youngsters as chefs, campaigning for decent school meals, and most recently, taking on childhood obesity in the UK. Right now he’s tackling his next goal – a goal that he’s kickstarted with the release of new cookbook, VEG.
