Weddings are meant to be joyous occasions that bring families together. But for Brooklyn Beckham and his American heiress and actress fiancée, Nicola Peltz, their impending nuptials are causing some serious drama.

New Idea can reveal that Nicola, who first started dating Brooklyn in October 2019, has ruffled feathers with her future mother-inlaw, Victoria Beckham, by not jumping at the chance to wear one of the fashion designer’s coveted gowns on her big day.

Sources claim the former Spice Girl, whose eponymous clothing label was launched in September 2008, has been working hard to produce a rack full of options for Nicola – but so far, the 26year-old blonde beauty hasn’t committed to any of her offerings.

“Posh has been incredibly generous with her time and efforts. She’s worked up sketches for a series of gowns for Nicola to take her pick from,” explains a source. “It would be a total dream to dress her.”
