It is advisable that people suffering from Arthritis, slip disc, hernia, piles, prostate, dyspepsia or any severe problem should consult a doctor before they start doing Yoga. Otherwise Yoga is for all, big or small, young or old,it doesn't matter.
1) What would be your definition for YOGA and its versatility as far as benefits is concerned?
Ans) Yoga is a complete package. It's a solution to all the problems, be it physical, mental, prana or psychic body.
2) What is the age range of people who can do YOGA with you?
Ans) Anybody can do yoga. I am teaching yoga to age group starting 8 years to 60 years.
Can YOGA be a substitute to going to GYM ?
Ans) Once you start doing yoga what you get is much more than toning of muscles , six pack a bs,biceps and triceps. These a rejust the by products that you get along the way to Yogi path .
Going to GYM has its own pros and cons. Every thing exists for a reason and it should exist in unison.
4) There is a saying that YOGA helps curing diseases and certain ailments?How far do you believe in this?
Ans) I believe that yoga does help cure certain problems like PCOD, insomnia, epilepsy, etc and helps manage other problems like cervical, sciatica. Although if a healthy person keeps doing Yoga, he/she will remain fit and fine.
