Danielle Graham’s fi rst cookbook, On the Table At Home, shares her love for food and glimpses of her home life.
What do you regard as your guilty comfort food?
I love indulging in a plate of crispy fried chicken karaage. It is sinfully delicious!
How did you get into cooking?
I have wonderful childhood memories with food. When I was about five years old, my mother came to school and cooked fried rice for me and my friends. I think I fell in love with food from that day. Growing up, I loved being in the kitchen with her. We would always get our hands dirty when making wantons together. I also have fond memories of my father cooking Sunday roast lunches for our family. I remember there were always greens on our plate. We were never allowed to leave the table until our plates were empty!
