Every step we take into the future solidifies the place that advancing technologies have taken in the realm of life on planet Earth. We take a look at the some of the technologies that will soon be ubiquitous, and how they will change the way we live.
Society is evolving at a rate that may seem incomprehensible to the regular person, with growth and progress that traverses leaps and bounds on the daily. From the testing and creation of self-driving cars to Sophia the humanoid robot all the way to the creation of the darkest man-made material in the world, Vantablack, there is not a single moment where the world is not moving a step forward to a future that we choose to shape. With advancements in the fields of science, medicine, agriculture, social work and so much more, our world of the future will soon be unrecognisable to us in the present. But what will this world of the future look like?
REVOLUTIONISING THE CITY
The city, where we live and breathe, work and sleep. Many a poet and artist have both praised and cursed the city space, as both prison and liberator of the human condition. Enter the new age of emerging technology, ready to solve these issues. We take a look at some of the ways the city could be changed through technology, and think up a vision of what we’d like to call the City of the Future, a vision that might not be that far away at all.
