Women are complex, or so we’ve heard. There’s also billions of pages worth of analysis and writing devoted to figuring them out, most of which we’ve not read. (First, because it amounts to pointless debate and, second, well, it’s plain boring.) Women are anything but boring, so we figured we’d do a little digging of our own, assisted by super-hot models Aastha Pokharel, Aishwarya Sushmita, Arlette Evita Grao, Jantee Hazarika and Rajashree Singha. We love women, and they help give us more reasons. Not that we needed them, though, but we all know that any help is welcome.

SHE SPENDS ABOUT 287 DAYS DECIDING WHAT TO WEAR!

Yup, that’s right! According to a recent study, based on an adult lifetime from the age of 16 to 60, women spend almost a year of their life just picking and choosing outfits. (And we’re not even counting the endless hours spent in stores and malls planning to buy those clothes!) Here are the details—on an average, women spend 16 minutes on weekdays, 14 minutes on weekend mornings, and a staggering 20 minutes picking options to dress up on a weekend night. All the waiting-while- they-get-dressed phenomenon suddenly gets put into perspective, right? That’s not all. The study also found that, on an average, women will try on two outfits in the morning before they pick the one for the day.
